Class Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment holds your space in the class.
If you must withdraw from the class and if I am notified two weeks before the class start date, you will receive a refund minus a $20 registration fee. No refunds are given if you cancel within two weeks of the start of the class.
If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement of 3 students within one week of the first class, the class may be canceled. I will notify students and offer a refund or placement in a different class.
After your registration I will e-mail you the address of my studio in the Sunnyland neighborhood in Bellingham.
Be aware that there is no parking on the east side of Ellis St.
Missed Classes
Please let me know if you will be absent from a class. There are no makeup times, refunds, or discounts for missed classes. If you miss a class, you can sign up for a Clay Club session on a Monday from 2:30 to 5:00. There may be no instruction during Clay Club.
Please Be Aware
LuciaArts is entitled to remove a student from a class if the student’s behavior is offensive or disruptive to the class.
No alcohol, smoking, or vaping in the studio.
Class instruction is only for students enrolled in the class.
The final pottery firing is usually done within two weeks of the glazing session. A few times and dates will be designated in the last class for pottery pickup. If you do not pick up your pottery within 4 weeks of the latest pickup time, it may be removed from my storage.
